Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The property will only accept the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived.

If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time, namely 10:00 a.m. on your last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property.

A €150 penalty fee will be charged to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
